We assist you in Catalan, Spanish, English and French, and apply Catalan civil law where it applies. We are at Plaça de Sant Joan, centro de Lleida, by appointment, so we can give each matter the time it deserves.

How we work
Appointment and preparation
Book an appointment by phone or from the appointment page. We tell you which documents your matter needs and review them before signing day, so everything is ready.
Impartial advice
Before you sign, the notary explains the content and consequences of the document, applying Catalan civil law where it applies. The advice covers all parties equally.
Signing and afterwards
On signing day the document is read out and any doubt is cleared up before signing. Afterwards you can request copies of your deed whenever you need them.
