Common questions
How do I book an appointment?
You can book by calling the office, filling in the website form or asking our virtual assistant. We'll confirm the date and time and tell you which documents to bring.
What documents must I bring?
It depends on the procedure. At a minimum, a valid ID (DNI or NIE) for everyone signing. For each specific matter (purchase, inheritance, power of attorney…) we'll tell you the exact documents when you book.
How much does a deed cost?
Notarial fees are set by the State and are the same at every notary office in Spain. We give you an estimate before signing, with no surprises.
Can I choose any notary I want?
Yes. Save for legal exceptions, you are free to choose your notary, regardless of where the property or the other party is located.
Which languages do you offer?
We assist you in Catalan, Spanish, English or French, as you prefer. Notarial documents are drafted in Spanish or Catalan, the official languages in Catalonia.
